Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, or chats to assist customers with inquiries, orders, or issues.
Job Duties:
• Process quotes, orders, information requests from website, emails and phone.
• Manage order throughout order process.
• Provide customers with product details, ship schedule, tracking information.
• Assist customer after shipment with technical information, returns, damage.
• Keep a positive and empathetic attitude with each customer interaction.
• Ensure turnaround times to customers are met.
• Provide detailed and accurate outputs.
• Consistent education on mechanical aptitude in order to master technical aspects of product.
Skills and qualifications:
• Experience in customer service, customer-facing, or sales in a commercial office environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Mechanical and math aptitude.
• Active listener.
• Ability to understand and relate to customer's expectations and main points.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
