We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Project Manager to lead structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects, primarily within water and wastewater infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise, organization, and communication to successfully manage all phases of project execution—from planning and coordination to completion.
Schedule: Full Time, 8-hour shifts, Monday thru Friday
Pay: $30–$37.50 per hour (based on experience)
Job Duties of the Project Manager:
Manage and oversee structural steel/misc. metals projects from start to finish.
Review and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and contract documents.
Coordinate with internal departments (Drafting, Fabrication, Accounting) and external stakeholders (Clients, Vendors).
Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
Track project progress, ensure timely delivery, and resolve project-related issues.
Skills and Qualifications of the Project Manager:
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD and knowledgeable of AISC, AWS, and NISD standards.
Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and construction documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
