Dishwasher

We are looking for dependable dishwashers for a new coffee and wine bar in Palm Coast. Pay is $16.25 an hour

Job Duties:

• Dishwashing: Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using industrial dish machines and by hand.

• Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, prep stations, coffee areas, and lounge areas by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.

• Trash Removal: Empty trash bins regularly and ensure proper disposal of waste according to safety guidelines.

• Food Prep Support: Assist with basic food prep tasks when needed, such as portioning or ingredient handling.

• Sanitation Compliance: Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and clean work environment.

• Restocking: Replenish dishwashing supplies, cleaning agents, and kitchen tools as needed.

• Team Support: Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to maintain efficient work flow and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a food service or kitchen environment preferred

• Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 pounds

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
