Maintenance Technician

Job Description: This position is responsible for equipment uptime and reliability (including electrical, electronic circuitry, instrumentation controls, mechanical, pipe fitting). Hands-on trouble shooting, repairing, and maintaining of equipment and systems. Job Duties: •Troubleshoot, repair and improve equipment and operations processes. •Perform preventive maintenance activities as required. (including instrument calibration, lubrication, replacing wear/consumable parts, inspection for wear, replace filters, calibrate and or align equipment, etc.) •Improve equipment uptime and reliability. •Maintain needed documentation to support maintenance. •Ability to come in on a non-scheduled shift to support any major maintenance issue. •Evaluate existing work processes and initiate practices to promote continuous improvement •Builds safety, quality and compliance into all actions. •Committed to continuous learning and self-improvement. Skills and Qualifications: • Maintenance Technician experience required. • Heavy lifting involved; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. •Works independently and overcomes obstacles to achieve results. •Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks.
