Job Responsibilities: This position will be split into two different roles. Perform customer service duties such as processing customer orders, tracking product availability, and handling any issues on customer inquiries in a timely manner. Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments. Plan and direct driver’s assignments including checking them in, assigning their doors, and checking them out once the load is complete. Job Duties: •Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers. •May receive, count and log cash received by carriers. •Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to make sure shipping/receiving documents are completed accurately and timely. •Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in system. •Notify carriers and key team members of pending, no shows and/or unscheduled arrivals. •Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments if necessary •Enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler •Partner with Inventory and Operations to research inventory discrepancies and misplacements •Invoice and verify accounts accurately and in a timely manner •Generate customer reports per customer request (i.e. weekly, monthly late/bill reports) •Coordinate availability of product and schedule for daily shifts with warehouse team Skills and Qualifications: •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers; English may be required •Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite •Ability to work in a temperature as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit •Lifting a minimum of 20lbs occasionally *This is a drug-free workplace.
