An established company in the Ocala, FL area is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their call center team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with mortgage-related inquiries, primarily post-closing.

Pay: $18+ / hour DOE

 

Key Responsibilities of the CSR:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Accurately update customer records in internal databases.

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Adhere to company training, protocols, and customer satisfaction standards.

  • Consistently prioritize customer satisfaction in all interactions.

 

Requirements of the CSR:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact or call center environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be able to think quickly, solve problems, and adapt to dynamic situations

  • Experience managing customer accounts and payment information preferred

  • Familiarity with mortgage servicing, regulatory requirements, and Green Screen software (MSP, Premier) is a plus

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
