Entry level recruiting admin needed for a growing Jacksonville company.
The recruiting admin is responsible for assisting the team in the sourcing phase of the recruitment cycle for all non-exempt/hourly positions . The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive and enthusiastic attitude to provide candidates with the best experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
High volume outbound calls
Handle a variety of talent acquisition - sourcing tasks.
Post job openings on various job boards and social media sites
Do outreach to exceptional candidates
Schedule phone or in-person interviews
Communicate with candidates promptly
Send out all bulk email (confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails)
Coordinate drug tests and background checks
Participate in recruiting events
Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills/Abilities:
Associate’s degree preferred
Excellent phone presence and the ability to meet high call volume goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
A team player as well as able to work independently
