We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant / Receptionist for an established company in the Ormond Beach, FL area. 

The perfect candidate is detail oriented, skilled, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of office assistant experience and a friendly customer service demeanor.

Schedule: Sunday, 12pm to 6pm, & Monday thru Thursday, 9 am to 6pm

Payrate: $18 - $23 / hour, depending on experience

 

Job Duties of the Admin Assistant / Receptionist:

  • Professionally welcome guests and take incoming calls.

  • Create and update online files for prospects and sales.

  • Prepare marketing documents, update logs, and meeting materials.

  • Ensure office is properly maintained and stocked, including promotional items, treats, and brochures.

 

Requirements of the Admin Assistant / Receptionist:

  • 3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience

  • 4+ years of Microsoft Office experience

  • Real Estate experience is preferred, but not required

  • 3+ years of customer service experience

 

This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers benefits once Hired In.
