Painter

A busy, established contractor that serves as a premier vendor for several large, ongoing projects in the Lake and Sumter County areas is looking to add painters to their team.

Responsibilities:

Apply various finishes to equipment, buildings, bridges, or other structures. Prep including clean, scrape, sandpaper, prime or seal surfaces prior to painting. Mixing colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency. Collaborate with general contractors and other construction professionals.

Requirements:

For consideration you must have a valid driver's license with a driver history suitable for driving company vehicle. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Compensation:

For those just starting out, the company is willing to train - the starting pay 12.00 per hour for trainees.

For those with many years of experience spraying, cutting and rolling, caulking and puttying interior and exterior, commercial and residential structures - the pay will start at $15.00+ per hour, based on experience..
