Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering or a relevant field of study or associate degree with work experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Candidate must be strong in MS Excel and MS Word.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Possess strong multi-tasking skills and accept assignments that can work several assignments simultaneously and effectively.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve quickly.Must be a self-starter and work well under pressure.
Assists in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Help coordinate project tasks and deliverables.
Tracks project progress and identify potential issues.
Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and status reports.
Maintains project documentation and records.
Manage project schedules and resources.
Organizes meetings and prepares agendas.
Assists with invoicing and budgeting.
Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders
Facilitate communication between different teams and departments.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers.
Analyze and prepare reports.
Assist with problem-solving and risk management
Ensure project compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Assists in the preparation of Pre-Qualification documentation for all general contractors.
