Description
Post press appearance inspection (color of battery cells, bubbles, fragments, merging/stringing, the offset of solder strips, bent bus bars, abnormal barcode, other debris, and scratches on the back panel), measurement of size/overall deviation, delamination, and bulging of the back panel.
IV performance testing (operation control), conducting accurate and one-time inspection and testing, to ensure that the product power meets the requirements of the shipping specifications, and more importantly, meets customer requirements.
Perform retesting on products with abnormal IV test data, keep records of retesting, and promptly provide feedback to the equipment and technical departments for analysis of the cause.
Timely and accurately fill out the report of the on-duty inspection and testing data and submit it to the PQE engineer.
Isolate and record abnormal images and provide feedback to engineers for judgment.
Implement safety-related work requirements for this position.
Ensure smooth approval of EL inspection and other related records during customer and third-party audits.
Requirements
High school degree
More than 2 years of EL inspection experience, with photovoltaic preferred.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs individually or up to 50 lbs in tandem.
Able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time during working hours.
