Job Title: Cash Applications Specialist
Location: Woodstock, GA
Pay: $21/hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon–Fri | 7:30am–4:30pm

Cash Applications Specialist Description:
Post daily deposits into the accounting system, matching payments with aging reports and remittances
Research and resolve customer short payments, disputes, and misapplied payments
Document and track all discrepancies to support reconciliation and follow-up
Enter and apply credit and debit memos accurately in the system
Generate and analyze reports to support AR processes
Collaborate with internal departments to investigate payment issues
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in Accounts Receivable
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong math, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and in a collaborative environment
Preferred:
Experience in the construction industry
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics SL or Microsoft Business Central (BC)
Additional MS Office Suite experience
