Customer Service Representative description:
- Answer calls and email inquiries from customers.
- Receive and process customer orders via fax, email, EDI, and customer websites.
- Schedule deliveries with consideration of production and lead time of product.
- Process customer orders via SAP.
- Manage customer accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.
