Production Positions – 1st/2nd Shift (Vista, CA)

Our client in Vista, CA is expanding production for the upcoming year and adding crew members to support Liquid Production and Softgel Bottling operations. These are great opportunities to join a reputable, clean, and safety-driven manufacturing team.

• Softgel Bottling – Weekend Shifts (Part-Time)

1. Liquid Production Crew – 2nd Shift

• Pay: $19.00/hour + $0.50 shift differential
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Assignment Duration: Temporary through approximately September 2026

Position Summary:
Responsible for operating liquid processing and packaging equipment including setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, changeovers, and cleaning. Supports sanitation, safety, and compliance with all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

Essential Functions:

• Set up and verify equipment for production operations before each run
• Operate multiple packaging machines as trained and instructed
• Report material, process, or equipment concerns promptly to supervision
• Complete and verify batch record entries, logbooks, and other documentation
• Monitor processes and adjust equipment as needed to meet specifications
• Tear down, clean, and sanitize machines and rooms per SOP and GMP standards
• Work with other departments as needed to ensure safety and quality
• Follow all SOPs, cGMPs, and company policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe work environment and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior manufacturing experience required
• Strong understanding of GMP standards and compliance practices
• 1–3 years of experience operating or maintaining production line equipment preferred
• Ability to read, write, and understand documentation in English
• Basic math skills (multiplication, division, conversions, weights, and measures)
• High School Diploma or GED required

2. Softgel Bottling – Weekend Shifts (Part-Time)

• 1st Shift Pay: $19.00
• 2nd Shift Pay: $19.00 + $1.00/hour differential

Schedule Options:

• Shift #1: Saturday & Sunday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Shift #2: Saturday & Sunday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Assignment Duration: Temporary through approximately December 2026

Position Summary:
Responsible for operating softgel bottling machines including changeovers and cleaning. Supports sanitation, safety, and compliance with all GMP standards.

Essential Functions:

• Set up equipment for production operations and verify set-up before starting
• Operate more than half of available packaging equipment as trained
• Report material, process, or equipment concerns to supervision promptly
• Complete and verify batch record entries, logbooks, and other documentation
• Clean and maintain equipment and processing rooms
• Work with other departments to ensure safety and product quality
• Follow all SOPs, cGMPs, and company policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe work environment and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of related manufacturing experience
• Operational knowledge of production line equipment
• Strong understanding of SOPs and GMP compliance
• Ability to read, write, and understand documentation in English
• Basic math skills (multiplication, division, conversions, weights, and measures)
