We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to represent the company in a professional manner while supporting the operations of the business.
The Customer Service Representative will be communicating with customers to resolve issues and answer questions for various departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize workflow and ensure that office staff have needs met
Good verbal and written communication skills
Customer service via phone/email
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Technical capacity (Microsoft suite, especially Excel)
Time management
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
