Henderson, NV
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Inventory & Warehouse Manager to lead all physical inventory and warehouse operations across our Henderson headquarters and multiple retail locations. This is not a coordinator role — this is a strategic leadership position responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, streamlining warehouse processes, supervising staff, and ensuring products flow efficiently from receipt to fulfillment. You’ll own the systems, people, KPI's and accountability needed to support our fast-growing toy and sensory product business, reporting directly to senior operations leadership.

- Manage a team of 3–5 warehouse and inventory staff, including hiring, training, task delegation, and performance coaching
- Develop and enforce SOPs for receiving, container unloads, bin systems, FIFO, and damaged goods
- Maintain a clean, safe, and highly efficient warehouse layout
Inventory Control
- Oversee all inventory movement — including inbound shipments, production allocations, and transfers to company owned locations
- Execute monthly cycle counts and quarterly full audits with shrink/overage reconciliation
- Ensure real-time inventory accuracy in Shopify, WMS, or custom dashboards
- Flag low stock, miscounts, and stocking gaps with Purchasing and Production departments
Process Optimization & Systems
- Identify inefficiencies in space usage, stock organization, or process gaps — and fix them
- Collaborate with IT, Purchasing, and Finance to ensure system accuracy and syncing
- Implement barcode scanning, bin labeling, or other inventory control enhancements
- Propose warehouse tech or system upgrades as needed
Reporting & Cross-Team Communication
- Provide weekly reports on inventory accuracy, receiving metrics, and warehouse KPIs
- Coordinate restocks to retail locations based on store needs and inventory flow
- Support forecasting by providing data to Planning and Purchasing teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in inventory or warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Proven success managing warehouse teams and driving accountability
- Strong systems fluency: inventory software, WMS, Shopify, Excel/Sheets
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Physically able to lift 40 lbs and work during container unloads
Preferred
- Experience managing inventory for a multi-location consumer goods or retail company
- Familiarity with Shopify inventory backend, Sumtracker, or equivalent
- History of reducing shrink, improving pick/pack accuracy, or boosting warehouse KPIs
