Food & Safety Compliance Monitor : (This is not a Management role more so of a Compliance role) 


  1. Ensuring the Food Distribution Warehouse is always in Food, Health & Safety Compliance
  2. Understands Food & Safety regulations and coaches site Leadership in ensuring compliance.
  3. Conducting Random Sanitation inspections and reports findings directly to site Senior Manager
  4. This person will need to have a proven background in Food & Safety Compliance

·      Perform daily inspections at food processing establishments, including Baking products processing plants, and storage facilities, to ensure adherence to sanitation, quality, and safety standards set by FSIS.

·      Conduct inspections of Inventory and food products before and after distribution to verify compliance with health, food & safety  guidelines and identify any signs of disease or contamination.

·       Monitor and evaluate the implementation of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) plans to prevent foodborne illnesses and ensure proper handling and processing of products.

·      Collect samples of inventory and egg products for laboratory testing and analysis, ensuring that they meet the required safety and quality standards.

·      Review and assess records of production, labeling, and packaging to verify accurate information to protect consumer health and prevent misbranding or adulteration.

 Act as a liaison between the food establishment management and FSIS, providing guidance on regulatory compliance and addressing any concerns or violations promptly.

  • Pay rate is from $25-$30 per hr This role may or not be a Short term role Depending on Company budget
