This role goes beyond administrative support: it provides operational leverage, anticipates needs, ensures seamless execution of priorities, and strengthens alignment across teams. The EA embodies the company’s culture, champions collaboration, and creates capacity for the Tech C-Suite to focus on strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the CPO, CDO, and CTO’s calendars, proactively prioritizing time to align with company objectives, customer needs, and organizational rhythms.

  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel logistics with attention to cost, efficiency, and executive preferences.

 

 

  • Serve as a strategic gatekeeper and liaison—filtering, prioritizing, and addressing requests to keep focus on the most critical priorities.

  • Prepare the Tech C-Suite for key meetings by assembling briefing materials and pre-reads.

  • Organize and support Product leadership and Tech town halls, offsites, and cross-functional meetings, ensuring seamless agendas, materials, and logistics.

  • Track action items and commitments across the Product/Tech leadership team; ensure deadlines are met and outcomes communicated.

  • Support ad hoc projects, research, and initiatives that extend the reach and efficiency of the Tech C-Suite.

  • Pull ad hoc confidential employee lists as requested by the C-Suite, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Collaborate with the Legal team on patent documentation and tracking.

  • Build trusted relationships across the organization and externally, engaging key stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure smooth flow of information.

  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information, setting the standard for professionalism across the organization.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, including at least one year supporting C-level leaders in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment.

  • Proven experience managing complex calendars, international travel, and high-volume communications.

  • Strong track record of project coordination and execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate global, matrixed organizations and collaborate across diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, Confluence).

  • Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities, logistics, and details under tight deadlines.

  • Anticipates needs, identifies risks, and proactively addresses challenges.

  • Builds trust with executives, peers, and partners through discretion, reliability, and a service mindset.
