Prep Cook

We are hiring a motivated and reliable Prep Cook to join the culinary team at our hotel in Denver. As a prep cook, you’ll support the kitchen by preparing ingredients, portioning food, and assisting chefs with basic cooking tasks to ensure smooth and efficient meal service. Duties include chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, stocking stations, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and has a passion for food service. Previous kitchen or prep experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
