Steward

We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Steward to join the kitchen team at our hotel in Denver. As a steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and back-of-house areas. Responsibilities include washing dishes, utensils, and cookware, keeping floors and surfaces clean, assisting with trash removal, and helping ensure a sanitary and safe environment for food preparation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, takes pride in cleanliness, and works well in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience is a preferred, but not required.
