The Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing patient support and communication and facilitating an exceptional patient experience to build and reinforce satisfaction, trust, and drive organizational loyalty.
Job Responsibilities:
Room patients to prepare for the provider.
Perform laboratory tests, EKGs.
Taking vitals, performing diagnostic tests, injections, draw blood for labs.
Collect and chart vitals, patient history, and other screening.
Authorize prescription refills.
Instruct patients regarding medications and diet.
Job Requirements:
2+ year’s Medical Assisting experience
Athena experience Preferred
High School Diploma
BLS through the American Heart Association
Job Details:
Schedule: 2 Shift schedules Mon– Thursday 9:30:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday 8:30am-5:00pm & 8:00am-4:00pm Monday- Friday
Starting at $20/hr. (Based on experience) + Benefits
