Job Title: IT/Client Services Technician
Pay: Starting at $20-$25/hour (negotiable based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 hours a week)

Position Summary:
The Client Services Technician will be responsible for setting up and configuring document management software for clients, providing training and ongoing support, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role involves traveling to client locations, so reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure document management software systems on client devices
Work with multiple software platforms and learn their functionality
Provide in-person and remote support to clients during setup and post-installation
Train clients on software use and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and installations
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
Proven experience with software setup (not server-based)
Strong understanding of general computer systems and applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented – must be able to speak clearly and confidently with clients
Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with document management software (preferred)
Prior help desk, software support, or IT-related experience
