Job Title: IT/Client Services Technician

 Pay: Starting at $20-$25/hour (negotiable based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 hours a week)

Our client is seeking a client-facing, tech-savvy individual who can support software installations, provide training, and offer outstanding customer service.

Position Summary:
The Client Services Technician will be responsible for setting up and configuring document management software for clients, providing training and ongoing support, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role involves traveling to client locations, so reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure document management software systems on client devices

  • Work with multiple software platforms and learn their functionality

  • Provide in-person and remote support to clients during setup and post-installation

  • Train clients on software use and best practices

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and installations

  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with software setup (not server-based)

  • Strong understanding of general computer systems and applications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer service oriented – must be able to speak clearly and confidently with clients

  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with document management software (preferred)

  • Prior help desk, software support, or IT-related experience
