Job Title: Machine Trimming
Location: Arcata, CA
Start Date: Continuously recruiting (Depending on clients needs)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: $18/hour
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, schedule can vary
Job Summary:
Employee is responsible for refining and cleaning up machine-trimmed flower to ensure high-quality finished products. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to remove excess stems, leaves, and imperfections while maintaining compliance with company standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Carefully refine flower that has been processed through trimming machines, removing excess stems, leaves, and imperfections.
Inspect trimmed product for consistency, ensuring it meets company quality standards.
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals while maintaining precision and accuracy.
Follow all regulatory guidelines and safety protocols for flower handling and workplace cleanliness.
Keep trimming areas clean, organized, and free of debris. Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance of trimming equipment as needed.
Requirements:
Previous trimming or flower processing experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Familiarity with flower quality standards and trimming techniques is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and efficiency.
Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods and using trimming tools.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Due to industry requirements, candidates must be 21 years or older.
