Pay: Starting at $20-$25/hour (negotiable based on experience) + Commision

Position Summary:
The Client Sales Technician will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating document management software to prospective and existing clients, supporting the sales process with technical expertise, and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to customer. This role involves traveling to client locations to conduct product demonstrations, consultations, and relationship-building meetings, so reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and client referrals.
- Present and sell a full range of office equipment and software solutions to B2B clients.
- Manage existing accounts while continuously seeking opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Stay current on product features, software updates, and technology trends.
- Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
- Prior B2B sales experience preferred, ideally in office equipment, software, or technology solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with technology and open to learning new systems and software.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to earn uncapped commissions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with document management software (preferred)
Prior help desk, software support, or IT-related experience
