We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join our client’s fulfillment team. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for delivery in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively in a physical, deadline-driven environment.
Job Summary
The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by preparing outgoing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible, team-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders with speed, accuracy, and care
Assemble boxes, pack products, and apply appropriate labeling
Print invoices and convert sales orders for fulfillment
Maintain and update inventory records; perform manual stock counts
Restock supplies and rotate inventory in accordance with quality and regulatory standards
Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols
Adapt to changing priorities and unexpected deadlines, including working overtime as needed
Operate with consistency, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Willingly learn internal systems, databases, and inventory platforms
Communicate effectively and work as part of a collaborative warehouse team
Physical Requirements
Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks with patience
Ability to lift, bend, reach, and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable standing and moving for up to 75% of the workday
Ability to safely use hand tools and equipment
