We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join our client’s fulfillment team. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for delivery in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively in a physical, deadline-driven environment.


Job Summary

The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by preparing outgoing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible, team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed, accuracy, and care

  • Assemble boxes, pack products, and apply appropriate labeling

  • Print invoices and convert sales orders for fulfillment

  • Maintain and update inventory records; perform manual stock counts

  • Restock supplies and rotate inventory in accordance with quality and regulatory standards

  • Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols

  • Adapt to changing priorities and unexpected deadlines, including working overtime as needed

  • Operate with consistency, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

  • Willingly learn internal systems, databases, and inventory platforms

  • Communicate effectively and work as part of a collaborative warehouse team

Physical Requirements

  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks with patience

  • Ability to lift, bend, reach, and carry up to 50 lbs

  • Comfortable standing and moving for up to 75% of the workday

  • Ability to safely use hand tools and equipment
