Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones, manage emails, and greet visitors professionally
Data entry, filing, and document management
Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
Assist with basic reporting, spreadsheets, and office organization
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Dependable, punctual, and professional
