Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, manage emails, and greet visitors professionally

  • Data entry, filing, and document management

  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars

  • Assist with basic reporting, spreadsheets, and office organization

Qualifications:
