Job Title: Swing Shift Supervisor
Location: Woodland, CA
Training Schedule: 6:30AM-3PM, Monday- Friday( 1-2 weeks)
Schedule: 2:30PM-11PM, Monday-Friday
Start Date: Immediate
Pay Range: $21-$24/hour
Job Summary:
The Swing Shift Supervisor oversees bottling operations during the afternoon/evening shift to ensure production goals, safety standards, and compliance protocols are met. This role is responsible for leading a team, managing workflow, and addressing any operational issues that arise during the shift in a fast-paced, regulated cannabis manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support bottling line staff to meet production targets and maintain product quality.
Monitor workflow and ensure proper machine operation, staffing, and shift efficiency.Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and cannabis industry compliance standards.
Train and coach team members on processes, safety, and equipment handling.
Perform shift start/end reporting, including production counts, equipment checks, and incident logs.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., QA, inventory, maintenance) to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production environment.
Handle conflict resolution, time tracking, and performance feedback for swing shift team.
Requirements:
2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production, cannabis industry preferred.
Strong understanding of cannabis compliance and packaging regulations.
Experience operating or overseeing bottling/filling equipment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work swing shift hours and maintain a consistent schedule.
