Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking hardworking Farmhands to assist with the beginning of the cannabis planting season in Southern Humboldt. This hands-on role involves working outdoors, preparing planting areas, and ensuring crops are set up for a successful grow cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with planting cannabis and general farm labor.
• Prepare soil, transplant seedlings, and maintain plant health.
• Follow all safety and compliance regulations.
• Work efficiently as part of a team in an outdoor environment.

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ and legally eligible to work in the cannabis industry.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.
