Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Packager to assist with packaging and preparing flower products for the dispensary. This role requires efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, labeling, and inspecting packaged goods to ensure they meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package products according to company guidelines and quality standards
- Label and inspect packaged items for accuracy and defects
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Report any packaging issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
- Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly production goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in packaging, warehousing, or a similar role is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages of varying weights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Willingness to work weekend shifts and occasional additional hours as needed
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively
- Due to industry requirements, candidates must be 21 years or older.
