Pay Range: Base Salary: $40,000/year - $120,000/year; Additional Earnings: Commission and performance-based bonuses
Job Summary:
Our client, a leading B2B service company, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join their team. This role plays a vital part in connecting local businesses with the essential solutions and support they need to operate more efficiently. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive growth through strategic sales efforts, contributing to both client success and company expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling and in-person visits.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify emerging market trends and potential leads to target for growth.
Sales Process Management: Prepare proposals, manage contracts, and oversee the entire sales process, ensuring smooth transitions and successful closes.
Administrative Support: Handle various administrative duties, including data entry and using sales software to track progress and sales activities.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in sales, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients
Proficient in using computers and managing administrative tasks
Comfortable with cold calling and in-person client visits
