Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin HR professional to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, employee record-keeping, recruitment coordination, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role requires strong communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee onboarding, including document collection and orientation scheduling
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and benefits documentation
- Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and screening applicants
- Process HR-related paperwork, including contracts, payroll changes, and compliance documents
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Assist with payroll processing by verifying attendance and handling basic payroll-related inquiries
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures
- Support HR projects, such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and company events
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and confidentiality requirements
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, and maintaining HR databases
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus
- Basic knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and payroll processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
