Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin HR professional to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, employee record-keeping, recruitment coordination, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role requires strong communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with employee onboarding, including document collection and orientation scheduling
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and benefits documentation
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and screening applicants
  • Process HR-related paperwork, including contracts, payroll changes, and compliance documents
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Assist with payroll processing by verifying attendance and handling basic payroll-related inquiries
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Support HR projects, such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and company events
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and confidentiality requirements
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, and maintaining HR databases

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and payroll processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
