Job Summary:
The Bottling Filler Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring bottling equipment to ensure the efficient and accurate filling of flower beverages. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to company and regulatory standards for product safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate bottling and filling equipment to accurately dispense flower products into designated containers.
Monitor fill levels, inspect bottles for defects, and ensure product consistency.
Perform routine checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance on bottling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, company policies, and safety protocols related to cannabis product handling.
Assist with applying labels and ensuring proper sealing of filled bottles.
Maintain accurate records of production quantities and report any discrepancies or issues.
Keep the bottling area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in bottling, filling, or manufacturing operations preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Familiarity with flower production regulations is a plus.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot bottling equipment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Due to industry requirements, candidates must be 21 years or older.
