Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Blue Lake, CA
Pay: $18-20 depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our clients team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:

    • Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional manner

    • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)

    • Maintain and update company databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

    • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

    • Order and maintain office supplies, managing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels

  • Administrative Support:

    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations 

    • Develop and maintain a filing system for company documents

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and staff

    • Assist the current bookkeeper if needed

    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the operations

    • Support HR in the onboarding process of new employees and maintaining personnel records

    • Handle requests for information and data, responding promptly and accurately

  • Customer Service:

    • Provide general support to visitors and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

    • Assist in the coordination of brewery tours, events, and tastings, ensuring an excellent customer experience


Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus

  • Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook, in particular)

    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
