Our client is seeking an Experienced Cultivation Technician to join their indoor flower cultivation team. This role requires hands-on experience in plant care, cultivation protocols, and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about producing high-quality flower.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily plant care, including watering, pruning, and trellising
- Monitor plant health and identify signs of pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies
- Assist with cloning, transplanting, and harvesting processes
- Maintain a clean and organized grow environment
- Follow strict cultivation protocols and compliance guidelines
- Operate and maintain cultivation equipment as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in indoor cannabis cultivation is required
- Knowledge of plant life cycles, nutrient requirements, and IPM strategies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
