Position: Event Ambassador
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Pay Range: $18 - $25/hour
Job Description:
As an Event Ambassador with Dark Staffing Events, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various events across Las Vegas. Collaborating closely with event coordinators and teams from different companies, you will help ensure the smooth operation of each event, providing excellent service to both exhibitors and attendees. This role is perfect for those who love variety in their work and are available for various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Responsibilities:
Event Setup and Tear Down: Aid in preparing and dismantling event booths, signage, and equipment
Ushering: Guide attendees to their seats or different areas within the event, ensuring a well-organized and welcoming environment
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns of exhibitors and attendees
Information and Guidance: Offer information about event schedules, locations of different sections, and general guidance to enhance attendee experience
Registration and Check-In: Support attendee registration and check-in, ensuring a smooth and organized process
Exhibit Assistance: Provide help to exhibitors with their setup and any equipment-related issues
Crowd Management: Monitor and manage crowd flow, maintaining order and safety
General Event Support: Undertake various tasks like distributing promotional materials and managing queues
Requirements:
Experience in events or customer service is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player who can adapt to different environments
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends and evenings
