Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Arcata, CA
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Salary: $16 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
Order Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures, ensuring correct items and quantities
Pallet Packing: Safely and efficiently assemble and pack pallets for shipment, adhering to safety guidelines and load distribution principles
Product Handling: Handle nutrients and soil products with care, following safety protocols and maintaining product integrity during the packing process
Bottling Operations: Assist in the filling and packaging of bottles, ensuring compliance with quality standards and production targets
Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and assist in maintaining organized warehouse spaces
Quality Control: Conduct routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before packaging and shipment
Safety Procedures: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow warehouse associates to ensure a smooth workflow and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for accurate order fulfillment and inventory management
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Punctuality and reliability in adhering to the assigned work schedule
