Facility Cleaner

Location: Oakland, CA

Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Start Date: Continuously recruitment (Depending on clients needs)

Pay Range: $18/hour

Job Summary:
The Facility Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work environment within the cannabis production facility. This role ensures all areas meet sanitation standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols to support efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of production areas, common spaces, restrooms, and break rooms.
• Dispose of waste and hazardous materials following safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Sanitize surfaces, equipment, and workstations to maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor of any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Follow all health, safety, and compliance protocols to prevent contamination or hazards.
• Assist in deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled or needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized facility.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, especially in a regulated environment (e.g., food production, pharmaceutical, or cannabis).
• Ability to follow strict sanitation and safety protocols.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must pass any required background checks per local and state cannabis regulations

Due to industry requirements, candidates must be 21 years or older.
