Job Title: Cultivation Assistant / Farmhand
Location: Northridge, CA / Los Angeles
Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time
Pay Range: $17 - $25 per hour
Shifts: Vary between Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Description:
As a Cultivation Assistant/Farmhand, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the cultivation facility. You will work alongside experienced growers and horticulturists to ensure the healthy growth and cultivation of cannabis plants. This position offers a competitive hourly wage and shifts Monday - Friday (carrying depending on needs).
Key Responsibilities:
Plant Care: Assist with the care and maintenance of cannabis plants, including watering, pruning, and pest control.
Harvesting: Participate in the harvesting and processing of cannabis plants, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of plant inventory and assist with tracking plant growth stages.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all state and local regulations related to cannabis cultivation.
Cleaning and Sanitization: Maintain a clean and organized cultivation area, following sanitation protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry moderate weights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be 21 years of age or older in compliance with state cannabis regulations.
Pay:
