Job Title: Packaging Associate
Location: Arcata/Eureka, CA
Hours: Varying shifts available, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Salary: $16 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
Joint Rolling: Skillfully and efficiently roll joints, adhering to quality and quantity standards.
Sticker and Label Application: Accurately apply stickers and labels to cannabis products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and brand specifications.
Weighing Operations: Use precision scales to measure and portion cannabis products according to specified weight requirements.
Product Preparation: Assist in getting products ready for dispensary distribution, including organizing and packaging finished goods.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
Adherence to Regulations: Follow all applicable regulations and safety guidelines related to cannabis packaging and handling.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a cannabis-related role is a plus but not required.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work with precision and accuracy, especially in tasks such as weighing and labeling.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as scheduled weekly.
- Basic understanding of cannabis regulations and compliance (training provided).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
