» The Support Technician is responsible for implementing and maintaining hardware and software on the network and at the PC stations. They are accountable for maintaining the security systems, telephone systems and peripherals, keeping all systems up and running. Works well with different levels of management and plant supervisors as well as employees. Perform all duties in accordance with our mission to provide the finest quality and most unique innovative products, while ensuring high overall consumer satisfaction. Employees are expected to demonstrate consistent attendance, a high level of safety, quality consciousness, an attitude of continuous improvement, attention to the cleanliness of the shop and buildings and the ability to work as a team in your department and companywide.

Daily Workflow:
» Advise management on procuring hardware and software
» Maintain all facets of the company network including PC stations and peripherals
» Maintain and program telephone system
» Order products as advised
» Operate and maintain digital printing press
» Troubleshoot computer and/or electrical problems
» Provide network hardware support
» Maintain security systems
» Maintain microwave/wireless infrastructure
» Maintain fire suppression system
» Some lifting required
» Set up new employee computer system
» Educate new employees regarding security systems
» Consistently work on process improvement
» Active member of the safety committee
» Conduct safety tours and orientation with all new employees
» Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
» Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
» Other duties as assigned
We’re Seeking:
» High School Diploma or GED
» Two to Three years related experience required
» Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with personnel from all departments. » Computer literacy and excellent organizational skills
» Must pass a drug test (THC ok)
» Must pass Background Check.
Schedule:
» Monday – Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
