Machine Operator

Mill Machine Operator (1707450)      $20 per hour

Medford, OR 

Full Time; Temp-To-Hire 

Culture:

A leading wholesale and retail lumber supplier in Southern Oregon is seeking a Mill Machine Operator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail and a passion for woodworking.

Daily Workflow:

» Operate mill equipment including straight-line sanders, moulders, and gang rip saws

» Assist in processing lumber for hardwood flooring production

» Safely operate a forklift to move materials

» Maintain a clean and organized work area

» Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

» Additional duties as required. 

We’re Seeking:

» Experience operating a forklift (required)

» Previous experience in a cabinet shop or woodworking environment (preferred)

» Strong attention to detail and quality

» Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

» Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential

» Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

» Must pass background check

» Must pass a drug screening 

Schedule:

» Monday – Friday 8 am - 5:00 pm
