Culture:
» Join a team that provides high quality & reliable anodizing processes for an array of products within Life Science & Photonics.
Daily Workflow:
» Uses hand tools, power tools, or machine tools to sand, grind, or polish parts to remove rough edges and surface defects
» Produce items as instructed by shift leader or Production Manager
» Inspects work to ensure completed work and quality parts
» Cleans parts as needed
» Operate equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions
» Work in a fast-paced environment with fast-changing priorities
» Commit to reaching goals and completing tasks on time with high quality
» Accurately count parts and track time appropriately
» Perform special assignments and other duties as directed
We’re Seeking:
» Experience in manufacturing, or preferably in a related industry a plus
» Be dependable, follow instructions, respond to direction, take responsibility for own actions, keep commitments
» Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting all product quality requirements
» Ability to use simple measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
» Possess mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
» Must be able to use basic measuring devices (micrometers, calipers, protractors, etc.) to ensure product meets specifications
» Lift raw materials, final products, and items packed for shipment, manually up to 20 pounds
» Must pass a drug test (THC ok)
Schedule:
» Monday – Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
