Daily Workflow:
» Receive written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor
» Paint interior and exterior walls and trim as needed
» Maintain and repair building plumbing and electrical systems
» Replace worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring and belts.
» Repair or replace building brick, stone, concrete and wood portions.
» Maintain air conditioning/heating equipment.
» Maintain and operator oil separator.
» Fabricate and install new equipment such as racks, air lines, etc.
» Operate forklift as needed
» Unload trucks of material as needed.
» Assist other departments with furniture moving, unloading supplies, etc
» Consistently work on process improvement.
» Assist with small improvement projects around the building
» Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
» Perform general janitorial duties for building cleanliness and restroom maintenance
» Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

We’re Seeking:
» Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
» Previous maintenance or related experience is preferred
» Someone who is eager to learn, demonstrates flexibility, and ability to work under close supervision
» Possesses good verbal communication
» Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
» Ability to lift 50 lbs
» Detail & Team Oriented
» Able to pass a drug test (THC ok)
» Must be able to pass a background check
Schedule:
» Monday – Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
