Daily Workflow:
» Operate heavy equipment (excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders) for grading, trenching, and material movement
» Assist with manual labor tasks such as cleanup, material handling, and minor repairs
» Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of equipment
» Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and instructions
» Follow all site safety procedures and promptly report hazards or incidents
» Maintain accurate work and equipment usage records
» Collaborate with crew and supervisors to meet project goals
» Additional duties as assigned
We’re Seeking:
» Minimum 3 years’ experience operating civil construction equipment on commercial or public works projects (Required)
» Proficiency with excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders
» Ability to perform manual labor alongside operating machinery
» Strong knowledge of safety protocols and site procedures
» Excellent communication and teamwork skills
» Must pass background check and drug screening
» Preferred: High school diploma/GED, CDL, formal equipment training/certification, GPS/laser-guided equipment experience, troubleshooting ability
Schedule:
» Monday – Friday, full-time with possible overtime, weekends, and early mornings as project deadlines require
