Hardscape/Landscape Foreman (1697830)      $22-26 per hour(DOE)

Ashland, OR 

Full Time; Temp-To-Hire

» Join a local all-phase landscaping business that also specializes in detailed yard maintenance.

Daily Workflow:

» Lead and supervise a team of hardscape & landscape technicians and laborers, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and training as needed.

» Project Planning and Coordination.

» Oversee the layout, excavation, and preparation of sites for hardscape installations, ensuring proper grading, drainage, and site safety.

» Interact professionally with clients, project managers, and others, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

We’re Seeking:

» Previous experience in hardscape construction and landscaping, with a proven track record of successful project management and leadership.

» Strong knowledge of hardscape materials, construction techniques, and best practices.

» Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.

» Own work vehicle highly desirable.

» Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DMV records check. 

Schedule:

» Monday – Friday Hours to be determined, varies
