Daily Workflow:
» Install and maintain landscape features including plants, trees, shrubs, sod, irrigation systems, and hardscapes (e.g., patios, walkways).
» Diagnose and treat plant health issues, including pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
» Operate a variety of landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, and irrigation tools.
» Install, inspect, and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper coverage and efficiency.
» Read and interpret landscape designs, blueprints, and plans.
» Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to safety regulations.
» Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with local regulations.
» Maintain a clean and organized worksite and safely handle materials and equipment.
» Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members.
We’re Seeking:
» High school diploma or equivalent; certification in landscaping, horticulture, or related field is a plus.
» 1–3 years of experience in landscape installation, maintenance, or related work.
» Strong knowledge of plants, soil conditions, pest management, and irrigation systems.
» Ability to operate and maintain landscaping tools and heavy equipment.
» Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
» Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
» Ability to work independently and as part of a team. .
» Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DMV records check to be able to drive company vehicle is highly desirable
