Culture:

» Learn more about plants and gardening working with this lovely Rogue Valley nursery

Daily Workflow:

» Maintain nursery stock by pruning, weeding, potting, and tagging new plants.

» Inspect and assist with irrigation systems to ensure proper plant care.

» Greet and assist customers with sales, plant selection, and loading purchases.

» Operate basic landscaping equipment, including mowers and blowers.

» Work independently with initiative, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.

» Train on and operate nursery machinery, including a Dingo and compact wheel loader.

» Other duties as assigned.

We’re Seeking:

» Some experience with plant identification and maintaining plant health

» Ability to manage inventory and inspect irrigation systems

» Experience with pruning, weeding, potting, and tagging nursery stock

» Strong customer service skills—greet customers and assist with sales/loading purchases

» Ability to use basic landscape equipment (mower, blower)

» Strong initiative and ability to work with limited direct supervision

» Upper body strength, ability to lift a maximum of 80lbs

» Must pass drug test (THC is OK)

Schedule:

» Monday, Friday, and Saturday

» 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
