Daily Workflow:
 » Basic lawn care, planting, and maintenance

» Daily direction from supervisors on tasks and responsibilities

» Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and weed eaters.

» Perform routine landscape maintenance such as mowing, edging, pruning, and debris removal.

» Communicate effectively with team members and, occasionally, customers.

» Identify plant health concerns and assist in maintaining vibrant landscapes.

» Follow maintenance schedules and adapt to seasonal landscape needs.

» Ensure job sites are left clean and presentable after each service.

We’re Seeking (skills, education, and screenings):

» Experience in running equipment:  mowers, blowers, hedge trimmer, weed eater, etc.
 » Ability to follow through with directions easily

» Must be physically fit with ability to maneuver up to 50 pounds.

» Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

» Must have a valid Oregon driver's license and pass a DMV check

» Able to pass Drug Screen (THC ok)

Schedule:

» Monday – Thursday 7 am - 5:30 pm

» Tuesday – Friday 7 am - 5:30 pm 

» Exact schedule to be arranged with employer
