Client Relationship & Branch Manager (1696506)       $20-25 per hour

Grants Pass OR

Full-time; Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm


If you enjoy and appreciate building and maintaining new and existing business relationships and you have some management experience with an ability to work independently in a 1-person office while providing a high-level of customer service, this might be the job for you.


Branch Manager Responsibilities:


Client Relations:

» Build and maintain business relationships with clients, including outreach to past and potential clients for sales and effectively communicating our services

» Work with various types of businesses in our 3-county area

» Service and maintain existing clients in-person, at client businesses, on the phone, as well as via email, and text

» Travel within our service area, as needed (with mileage reimbursement) to visit business clients.

» Gain understanding of businesses, their operations and how our services may be best utilized by them

» Share service recommendations with business operational managers and provide quotes and write proposals as requested


HR:
 » Recruit and attract people to apply and interview for company's job openings

» Write effective job descriptions and also be a visible member of local and regional business communities and associations

» Handle HR-related tasks, including interviewing, hiring, and managing a large external workforce in your region

» Perform administrative tasks, including answering calls, discussing business needs, taking notes, and maintaining accurate records

» Maintain strict confidentiality of client and employee information, ensuring sensitive records are handled securely

» Administer and manage certain aspects of company safety program for your branch


Operations:

» Open office daily, plan your schedule with clients in the field and return to the office between and after client meetings as needed

» Communicate effectively with a small remote team while you work independently in our established business office in Grants Pass

» Write professional email communications for clients, company staff & management, and employees you manage

» Prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and business demands, and utilize time management skills

» Maintain best practices for client meetings & follow-up, utilize calendar & reminders for meetings and planned follow-up

» Adhere to company policies and procedures and be a valued contributor to quality control throughout operational duties

» Strive to ensure operational efficiencies and contribute to ongoing process improvement

» Maintain punctuality and consistently arrive on time to the office daily as well as to all scheduled meetings

» Present a professional business image through appropriate self-presentation, including clothing and personal grooming

» Keep personal space, office, desk, as well as personal vehicle clean and presentable

» Operate computers confidently, learn new technology quickly, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
