Landscape Installation Laborer (1690022) $15-$17 per hour

Culture:
Our client is seeking a Landscape Installation Laborer to assist with various landscaping tasks for a temporary position lasting 2-3 months. This role involves working outdoors, helping with the installation of irrigation drip systems, planting, and basic lawn care/preparation. Experience is preferred but not required.
Daily Workflow:
» Assist with the installation of irrigation drip systems
» Plant flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation according to landscape designs
» Perform basic lawn care tasks such as laying sod, seeding, and preparing soil
» Basic weeding, mulching, and watering plants
» Help with loading and unloading landscaping materials and tools
» Maintain a clean and safe work environment
» Follow instructions from the foreman or lead landscaper to complete tasks on schedule
We’re Seeking (skills, education, and screenings):
» Knowledge of basic lawn care and landscaping techniques
» Familiarity with irrigation systems (preferred)
» Ability to work well as part of a team
» Ability to operate basic landscaping tools (shovels, rakes, etc.)
» Attention to detail when following planting and design instructions
» Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various outdoor conditions
» Ability to lift 50+ lbs
» Strong work ethic and reliability
» Good communication skills and willingness to take direction
Schedule:
» 3-4 days/week 7:00 am - 3:30/4:00 pm
